Be a Part of the Team
It takes nearly 300 volunteers for Summer Hummer to run smoothly. Please consider filling out an application to join our team. It's tremendously rewarding, not to mention a lot of fun! You will find there are so many unique ways to serve based on your personality and abilities. Indicate your preference on the application. If you have questions about where you can best serve in Summer Hummer, email the Staff Coordinator at: summerhummer@westwoodbaptist.com
When to Enroll
Sunday, March 13th: Volunteers may begin enrollment. Once you complete the staff enrollment, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to enroll your children (you get to enroll your campers before anyone else).
Friday, April 1st: Registration open to all campers.

All youth staff volunteers will be required to have a pastoral recommendation. Forms will be available after March 13st, 2011.
Payments will be accepted by credit card to save a spot in camp for your campers. If you need to pay by cash or check, either mail your payment or come into the Church.
NOTE: Registration in camp will not be complete until payment has been received.

Note: There will be breakout sessions for first time staff and leaders-in-training (staff who completed 7th and 8th grade) at 7:45pm.
